FAQ

General Questions
Your pet’s health is always our primary concern. We do not have sick pets here. In addition to our sanitation requirements and that we provide no veterinarian care, we support a healthy environment through our expectation that each pet is vaccinated in accordance with standard national respected requirements.
- For Dogs, vaccinations of DHLPP, Bordetella and Rabies will maintain your pets health in any environment.
- For Cats, the vaccinations of FVRCP, FELK and Rabies will do the same.

Grooming Questions
Grooming times will vary.
We require all of our grooming customers to drop off between 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Once your pet is finished, they will give you a call and let you know. If you are not able to come back right away, no problem, we do not close until 4PM.
Prices vary between the size, breed, and coat condition. It is best for you to give us a call to get a quote. Please know, if there is any matting, there is a price increase which is often hard to tell without seeing the pet in person.
